What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number if you provide one. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
When you browse the site we automatically receive your IP address, browser and device information, and which pages you viewed. If you sign up for emails, we collect your email address and which product you were interested in.
How we use it
- To process, fulfil, and ship your order, and to contact you about it
- To handle returns, refunds, and support requests
- To send marketing emails, but only if you opted in, and you can unsubscribe from any of them
- To detect and prevent fraud and protect the store
- To understand which pages and products people actually use, so we can improve the site
Who we share it with
This store runs on Shopify, which hosts the site and processes orders on our behalf. Payment processors handle your card details. Shipping carriers receive the information needed to deliver your package. If we use an email marketing tool, it receives your email address.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if we are legally required to, or where necessary to protect our rights.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store, including checkout, may stop working correctly if you do.
Your rights

Children
