Alcantara is what European automakers use where a surface has to stay gripped in a warm hand. Steering wheels, seat inserts, shift boots. We cut it to fit the Xbox Wireless Controller. It is hydrophobic, so it sheds moisture instead of soaking it up and the grip holds through a long session. It stays quiet under your thumbs and it does not gloss up the way rubberized coatings do. Every panel is laser cut with sealed edges, so nothing lifts at the corners. Triggers stay bare, because they need the original surface for feel.
